Should be all of them. To be used on a cracked copy of VOCALOID 4 or 5.
Extract the archive and run the setup you need. Some voicebanks have multiple installers for different voices, i.e. Otomachi Una, Luo Tianyi V4, Megurine Luka V4X, etc.

No.
These are all cracked voicebanks, and thus can only run on V4FE or VOCALOID 5 with VOCALOID5_try run after.
