FLT’s crack doesn’t have controller support or DLCs set to be unlocked by default. Use this instead. Just install the game and uncheck “apply crack”. Then copy over this instead:

It’s a crack using Steamless + Goldberg Steam Emulator.
Open “Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv149\Win64\steam_settings” and edit “force_language.txt” if you want a different language than English.
Edit “DLC.txt” there and delete/uncomment lines to disable the overpowered DLC bonuses. They’re all on by default.
